I am a PhD Fellow in sensory and consumer science at the Food Quality Perception and Society group at the Food Science Department of Aarhus University, Denmark. My research focuses on consumer behavior, temperature-based crossmodal associations, emotions, extended reality, and packaging.

I was a visiting PhD student at the Department of Marketing of BI Norwegian Business School in 2021.

Before starting my PhD, I obtained an MSc. in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, Norway. Before that, I was a Junior Researcher at INCAE Business School, Costa Rica.

I am a specialty coffee enthusiast, and I love aged cheeses.
