I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at Sorbonne Université, France, part of the Cognitive Science group, ACIDE, at the Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique (ISIR). Before this, I have held postdoctoral fellowships at the Department of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and at the Design and Consumer Behaviour Section of the Food Science Department at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

My research revolves around consumer psychology, hospitality management, and multisensory perception. I am particularly interested in the multisensory experience of food and eating, restaurants, emotions, and affective touch.

I earned a PhD in Sensory and Consumer Science from Aarhus University, Denmark, in 2023. Before my PhD, I earned an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, Norway.

I am a specialty coffee and specialty chocolate enthusiast who loves crisp, acidic flavors.
